Where does the time go?

Hi all,
Wow!!
Half a year since my last post!
What have we been up to?, well,..
We biked the sunshine coast, (actually we walked a lot),
visited and stayed with some great people, (thank you again Dan and Judy, and Mr. Dean),
We made Cheeseboards till they came out of our ears,
We graded some Sitka for Timbre Tonewood in Abbotsford,
We sent our own wood all over the globe,
And took up a part time grading gig for Acoustic Woods.
Oh yeah,
There were birthdays, and Christmas, and let's not forget the unforgettable students and staff at Summit Guitar School.
I still go there and spread the word on wood. (the Wood word)
Most of time however, I spend looking at wood.
Sound boring?
Not if you like wood.
From the Flame and Quilt in Maple, to the long, sweeping lateral rays in a well cut soundboard. (sigh..)
Granny said it best when she told me,
"When you love what you do, you never have to work another day in your life".
Thanks Grandma.
So, I'll try to keep up a little better with the entries,
You stay in touch and keep me up to speed with your guitar projects,
We'll call it even.
For now,
may your chisels stay sharp,
Cheers,
Bev
